I've gotten into trying to make my own pizza from scratch this past week, with not much success till today, with the pizza pictured here. The sauce could use some work, but the crust is nice and crisp, and the dough is the right chewiness, though it could be a touch softer.
I used Jon Bonne's recipe for Naples-style pizza, along with a unglazed clay tile I picked up at Home Depot last night. But another key this time might have been from not overflouring the dough during kneading, which I think I had done previously, resulting in several dense pizzas. I'm sure I'll have the Zedder over to try/pass judgment on it some time soon.
